The course covers cocktails and mocktails, bartending, hot beverages, and so on.

1-Month Course in Patisserie
This covers pastries, breads, and other confectioneries
Duration: 1 month
Tuition Fees: N60,000
Registration Fees: N5,000
Schedule: Classes hold 3 times a week
2-Month Course in Cakes and Cake Decorations
This covers all things cakes and decorations including sugarcraft
Duration: 2 months
Tuition Fees: N120,000
Registration Fees: N5,000

Please Note:
- Stated costs DO NOT include the cost of practicals. Students are expected to provide all they need for their practicals. The estimated cost for practicals is about N90,000-N150,000 depending on market prices. This estimate is for the 4-month foundation course
- All students registered for any course will be required to take a compulsory class in Entrepreneurship.
