Olumide Adeleye is a Nigerian education entrepreneur, institutional leader, and digital transformation strategist whose work sits at the intersection of  tech, vocational education, international qualifications, entrepreneurship development, and workforce transformation.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Twim Institute, he provides strategic direction for a growing multi-platform education ecosystem committed to raising entrepreneurial minds for a global world. Under his leadership, the institution has evolved from its origins as Twim Academy into an accredited and nationally recognised training centre delivering vocational programmes, professional certifications, international diploma pathways, and youth empowerment initiatives.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in institutional sustainability, global alignment, and measurable impact. Twim Institute operates not merely as a training provider, but as a capacity-building institution focused on equipping learners with practical competence, entrepreneurial capability, and international competitiveness.

Education

Olumide is a doctoral researcher at University of Eastern Finland’s School of Computing, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Learning Analytics, with research focused on leveraging digital platforms to enhance formal and informal education in Africa.

He also holds:

  • An MSc in Smart EdTech, Co-creativity and Technology-Enhanced Learning from Université Côte d’Azur, France

  • An MBA in Business Management from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

He is a professional member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and the Nigerian Computer Society.

Since founding Twim Academy in 2013, Olumide has overseen the strategic expansion of the institution into a broader education group comprising:

In 2013, he founded Twim Academy to address youth unemployment through industry-aligned, entrepreneurial education. The institution has since grown into Twim Institute, an accredited and nationally recognised training centre with expanding international reach.
