At Twim Institute, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure the satisfaction of our students and their families. Please read the following guidelines and regulations regarding our refund policy:

Portal Access: No refunds will be issued once access to our online learning portal has been granted. This is due to the immediate availability of educational resources and the costs associated with providing access to our digital learning materials.

Refund Request Timeframe: Refunds can only be considered if a written request is submitted at least 20 working days before the beginning of classes. This timeframe allows us to effectively manage our resources, make necessary adjustments, and accommodate other students who may be on a waiting list.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

a. Medical Reasons: If a student has a severe medical condition that prevents them from continuing their studies, we may consider a refund upon submission of relevant medical documentation.
b. School Closure: In the unlikely event of the school’s closure before the commencement of classes, a full refund of tuition fees will be provided to affected students.

Refund Process: To request a refund, parents or students must submit a written request to the school administration detailing the reason for the refund and providing supporting documentation, if applicable. The request should be submitted by email or delivered to the school’s administrative office.

Refund Approval: All refund requests will be reviewed by the school administration, and approval will be granted based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above. The decision of the administration will be final.

Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined by subtracting any non-refundable fees and charges, such as enrollment fees or administrative costs, from the total tuition fees paid.

Refund Timelines: Upon approval, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, up to 20 working days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the administrative procedures involved.
