Course Description<\/h3>

The BCS Practitioner certificate in Modelling Business Processes focuses on how to use a variety of methods to investigate, model, analyze and improve business processes. Learners will be exposed to UML and other modelling techniques. The certificate includes:<\/p>

  • The context for business processing modeling<\/li>
  • The organizational model for processes<\/li>
  • How to model business processes<\/li>
  • How to document tasks<\/li>
  • Evaluating and improving business processes<\/li><\/ul>

It also prepares you for the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes which can be earned as a standalone certification or used as part of the requirements for the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.<\/span><\/div>

        At the end of the course, you will be able to sit for the certification exam. This may be conducted either on campus at Twim Institute, or online via remote proctoring. On passing this exam, you will receive the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (also known as the British Computer Society). Please note that this exam is billed separately.
